Knowledge of working with PMAX is a must-have.   You will be part of a talented in-house team managing paid performance through several direct reports. SEO will be managed through an agency.   You will possess an analytical approach to Performance Marketing and be comfortable with attribution, ideally working with media mix modelling (MMM). You will have two direct reports, which will grow to four or five by the end of 2024, and an annual budget approaching 20m Euros. Paid Performance channels are a core focus, yet you will also be tasked with rebuilding the organic search side.   You will be a strong people manager who will also help raise the visibility of acquisition marketing internally. You will be a commercially-minded performance marketer with a test-and-learn mindset that will help unearth and uncover more channels within the media mix.
