[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The covid pandemic hit the travel space hard. But it's now in a state of growth, with many of us looking to make up for 'lost time' on family getaways. I'm supporting an online travel brand that is rapidly growing. So is their marketing team as they look to bring in a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to cover the UK and Australian markets. Paid Search is a core business acquisition driver, so you'll be well-versed in Google Ads, strategically and hands-on. Next up is Paid Social, which is a growing channel for them, and therefore, you will also have a strong background managing this channel both hands-on and strategically. You'll also have the opportunity to test, learn and scale with various other channels such as programmatic display, native, affiliates etc. Therefore, your knowledge of these channels is a plus. You'll be an out-and-out data-led performance marketer who loves to get involved in A/B testing and has solid Excel skills, being able to use advanced features such as pivot tables etc. This small in-house team will allow you complete autonomy over the UK and Australian markets, with budgets starting at around £100k per month that will only continue to grow. A destination where you can really make a name for yourself. At this stage, you won't have any direct reports. Still, you will be a master of your craft and comfortable taking complete strategic and hands-on ownership over the Performance Marketing campaigns in your two markets. Ideally, you will have gained your performance marketing experience working within B2C e-commerce. Although some agency experience is ok, you must have spent part of your career working in-house. Operating as a remote-first business, you can be based anywhere in the UK. However, occasional travel will occur (once every 4-6 weeks) to either the UK office in Manchester or HQ in Germany. The base salary offered is c. £65k. [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I’m supporting a mission-driven DTC start-up who are passionate about sustainability as they are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager. As the Performance Marketing manager, you will support the Head of Growth and be tasked with managing Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns in-house. You will have a mix of agency and in-house direct-to-consumer experience. However, we will consider those who have only worked agency side as long as this has been engrossed in eCommerce/DTC clients. You’ll lean towards Paid Social and have managed campaigns hands-on for around 3+ years with budgets of at least £60k per month. In addition, at least one year of experience managing Google Ads would be preferred. Overall, you will be a Performance Marketer who loves to get stuck in from the off. The plan will be to bring in additional resources later where your position will become more strategic. Located in London, the business operates a hybrid working model with two days in the office per week. Base salary is c. to £55k. [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In a challenging market, we tend to look for organizations that can provide stability. However, those that are in full growth mode are where the real excitement is at. So what if you could have both? You can! My client is a DTC subscription business on a mission to help millions of dog owners in the US improve their beloved pets' health and overall well-being through personalized, high-quality meal plans. During the last 18 months, they have experienced exceptional growth by going from $3m in recurring revenue to $16m and plan to double this number again by the end of next year. To support this continued growth, they are now looking to bring on board a retention marketing expert in a newly created Director of Lifecycle Marketing position. You will have a strong track record working in a DTC subscription business and be well versed in retention marketing, covering both acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers. Much of your campaign strategies to date will have been led by data, and you will excel when looking for ways to project the LTV of users, their likelihood to churn, and how to capture the best quiz information to better personalize customer meal plans better. Ideally, you will have worked with Klaviyo, although those with knowledge of similar CDPs will be considered. The team is lean, yet there is a genuine opportunity for you to come in and really make an impact, allowing you to put your stamp on the direction of future retention campaigns. This position would suit a Manager or Senior Manager from a DTC subscription business looking to take the step up into a Director titled position with headroom for future growth within the business. The founders are entrepreneurs by trade, and this business is no passion project. With such influential leaders at the helm, many previous employees have gained so much learning from the senior team that they have gained enough knowledge to set up their own companies or have quickly 4x their earning potential by becoming experts in their field. Are you ready to make a name for yourself? Apply now![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row width="full"][vc_column][vc_btn title="Apply" style="custom" custom_background="#254087" custom_text="#ffffff" size="lg" align="left" link="url:mailto%3Ahello%40acquiredigitaltalent.com%3Fsubject%3DPlease%20find%20attached%20my%20CV%26body%3DPlease%20find%20attached%20my%20CV%20for%20(fill%20in%20with%20position%20title)"][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you’ve read my previous content on Growth, you may remember when I shared an article on the differences between Growth in the UK and the US. To summarise, the UK version of Growth focuses specifically on Marketing: Full-funnel, the pirate metrics (AARRR). In contrast, the US version of Growth is about accelerating digital Growth through marketing but includes product and engineering. And it’s this US version of Growth that I’m pleased to be exclusively supporting this innovative HealthTech scale-up with as they look to hire a Director of Growth. As they are a remote-first business, you can be located across the UK, EU, and even the east coast of the USA. They began life 4.5 years ago, however only launched 12-18 months ago and have already amassed £70m in investment, including one of the largest crowdfunds, 100k customers (with 300k on the waitlist) and over 300 staff, which will be close to 400 by the end of the year! As Director of Growth, you will be tasked with improving weekly active users through product-led Growth, looking at conversion rates, and instigating quick experimentation through the support of squads. This will come with a broad remit covering acquisition with a retention element, looking at win-backs, referrals etc. You will have a strong background in managing squads for rapid experimentation. This will include engineers, designers, marketing, analytics etc. You’ll also have worked for a business where you’ve been responsible for acquiring many users. Ideally within the DTC or Subscription space, but more important than that, a business with complex and innovative products. Without question, you will be well-versed in marketing, analytics and product. Lastly, you will have a tolerance for high risk. Yes, you’re a creative thinker who asks for forgiveness instead of permission. An extremely fast-growth business that is helping to improve the health of millions. You can be a fundamental part of even more millions taking advantage of this service. Ready to rapidly experiment? Apply now![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row width="full"][vc_column][vc_btn title="Apply" style="custom" custom_background="#254087" custom_text="#ffffff" size="lg" align="left" link="url:mailto%3Ahello%40acquiredigitaltalent.com%3Fsubject%3DPlease%20find%20attached%20my%20CV%26body%3DPlease%20find%20attached%20my%20CV%20for%20(fill%20in%20with%20position%20title)"][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Are you a Performance Marketer with a solid background in e-commerce that has developed broader knowledge within acquisition marketing? Due to an internal promotion, this global e-commerce/DTC business is looking to hire an Acquisition Marketing Director. Their mission-driven business hit profit growth in 2018 and hasn't looked back since. You'll have a core Performance Marketing background as you'll be responsible for achieving new customer acquisition targets with a multi-million-pound budget across digital channels and ATL. With Paid Search & Paid Social being the main channel drivers, these will be channels you know inside and out. However, you will also bring a fresh perspective on increasing performance in other media, such as programmatic and affiliates. With two senior direct reports, this position will have a strategic focus alongside the proven track record of developing team members under your wing. You'll have a strong background in marketing measurement and experimented with various attribution models. You'll also have strong views on topics such as where the business should be heading as the world becomes cookieless! The business has around 75 employees, is PE-backed, and, as mentioned earlier, is profitable. Every team member is passionate about the current mission and how this can develop in the future. The office is in the heart of Central London, and the company operates a hybrid model with two days per week in the office, one of these being Wednesday, to enable collaboration across the team and business.
