Due to an internal promotion, this global e-commerce/DTC business is looking to hire an Acquisition Marketing Director.

You’ll have a core Performance Marketing background as you’ll be responsible for achieving new customer acquisition targets with a multi-million-pound budget across digital channels and ATL.
With Paid Search & Paid Social being the main channel drivers, these will be channels you know inside and out. However, you will also bring a fresh perspective on increasing performance in other media, such as programmatic and affiliates.
With two senior direct reports, this position will have a strategic focus alongside the proven track record of developing team members under your wing.
You’ll have a strong background in marketing measurement and experimented with various attribution models. You’ll also have strong views on topics such as where the business should be heading as the world becomes cookieless!
The business has around 75 employees, is PE-backed, and, as mentioned earlier, is profitable. Every team member is passionate about the current mission and how this can develop in the future.
The office is in the heart of Central London, and the company operates a hybrid model with two days per week in the office, one of these being Wednesday, to enable collaboration across the team and business.
Although driven to be successful, this is a collaborative, team-first environment, not aggressive or remotely corporate.
