They have a DTC eCommerce business model and multiple new product releases throughout the year. With a strong Marketing team in place, they are now looking for an Acquisition Marketing Lead who will spearhead this department. This is a great opportunity for a Performance Marketing / Digital Acquisition Manager who is looking to broaden their channel responsibility.


Coming from a DTC eCommerce background selling physical products you’ll be extremely data-led, and know what key metrics to look for to inform your decision-making process. You’ll also know how to report these to the team and wider business.


You’ll have responsibility for helping to improve conversion rates, customer retention and LTV. You will support the development of and lead the execution of integrated marketing plans, seasonal strategies, positioning and activation plans across UK and US digital channels.


Becoming a strategic leader, you’ll be able to balance big-picture thinking whilst executing the plan and coaching and empowering a marketing team of 5.


Looking at your experience, Performance Marketing covering PPC, Paid Social, and Display will be your core area of expertise. You’ll know how to dial up and down based on metrics and marketing strategies and using the marketing calendar to inform channel communications and improvement.


The channel mix you’ll take responsibility for will include:

–    PPC / Paid Social / Paid Search

–    SEO & Content

–    Referral

–    SMS

–    Social Proof (UGC marketing)

–    Community – incl PR & Brand visibility, Influencer programme
