Joining an early-stage technology company can be pretty daunting for some.

Those who prefer structure and limiting responsibility just won’t thrive.

But that’s not you!

You want an opportunity for your career to really take off within an exciting, high-growth business that will allow for greater autonomy, learning, and progression.

With a waitlist of 50k, this FinTech is on the verge of launching within the UK and received one of

Europe’s largest seed, pre-product funding rounds of $10m ever seen.

With a CEO in place with a track record of building hugely successful technology companies and backing from Silicon Valley’s finest, they have built the first social trading app from scratch with the social element at the forefront of mind.

As the Marketing team begins to take shape, they are looking for a CRM expert who can come in and develop CRM strategies, plan lifecycle campaigns, and implement them with the support of in-house designers and copywriters.

Like with most first hires in high growth tech companies, this position is for those that get excited by being hands-on, owning the channel, end to end.

Starting with the UK market, this position will develop to cover Europe and then globally. As such, a team will be built around you as you begin your growth within the organisation.

Aside from being comfortable with building automated lifecycle flows, you will have a strong analytical mind and be able to extract data using a tool such as SQL. But you’ll also have a creative edge and know what needs to be said and when to customers in order to convert them to users.

Being an App first business, prior experience with tools such as Braze or Iterable would be useful, as well as coming from a technology start-up/scale-up.

The key is you’ll be excited about taking on a blank(ish) canvass that you can really make your own.

With offices in Central London, the business operates a hybrid model of 2/3 days in the office, 2/3 days working from home.
