My client is a DTC subscription business on a mission to help millions of dog owners in the US improve their beloved pets’ health and overall well-being through personalized, high-quality meal plans.



During the last 18 months, they have experienced exceptional growth by going from $3m in recurring revenue to $16m and plan to double this number again by the end of next year.



To support this continued growth, they are now looking to bring on board a retention marketing expert in a newly created Director of Lifecycle Marketing position.



You will have a strong track record working in a DTC subscription business and be well versed in retention marketing, covering both acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers.



Much of your campaign strategies to date will have been led by data, and you will excel when looking for ways to project the LTV of users, their likelihood to churn, and how to capture the best quiz information to better personalize customer meal plans better.



Ideally, you will have worked with Klaviyo, although those with knowledge of similar CDPs will be considered.



The team is lean, yet there is a genuine opportunity for you to come in and really make an impact, allowing you to put your stamp on the direction of future retention campaigns.



This position would suit a Manager or Senior Manager from a DTC subscription business looking to take the step up into a Director titled position with headroom for future growth within the business.



The founders are entrepreneurs by trade, and this business is no passion project.
