Due to this, they are now looking to hire a Global CRM Director who will bring a clear vision of the future CRM programme. Although some CRM activity exists, it’s minimal, giving you massive amounts of headroom and bandwidth to really make your mark!

You’ll have a small team of 3; however, in the next 18 months, this team could triple in size, as is the focus the business has to ensure CRM is a driving force behind their future marketing activities.
Another exciting aspect of this position is the creation of a MarTech team internally. This will mean you’ll have dedicated dev resources, ensuring your cutting-edge ideas and initiatives can be realised.
When it comes to your background, you’ll have been a senior CRM figure (Head of/Director level) within a high growth, tech-driven consumer-facing organisation. Additional knowledge of B2B would also be advantageous, but not essential.
You’ll have used tools such as Braze and worked closely with data science teams, helping to create forecasts and future modelling, allowing you to stay one step ahead of the customer.
Many marketers shy away when the topic GDPR arises, yet this will be something you’re not only confident to talk to fellow team members about but also internal legal teams.
