DTC is seen as a massive driver for the business, and therefore, they are looking to hire a seasoned DTC Marketer as Head/VP/Director of Growth.


You will be tasked to come in and build out the growth marketing strategy, understanding what channels are best to target your customers and allocate the budget accordingly.


Next, you’ll be focused on implementing that strategy across Digital channels such as Paid Social (Facebook & Instagram are their core paid channels) either hands-on through your expertise or managed via a 3rd party agency and exploring growth through other digital (and non-digital) platforms such as podcasts, influencers, inserts and affiliate marketing.


Concluding your approach with optimising, ensuring the best ROI is seen on customer acquisition, gained through extensive test and learn activity.


You will come from a direct-to-consumer background, ideally having sold a physical product within a small range and focused on one-off purchases instead of a subscription basis, but that can be negotiable.


You’ll have a curious mind and desire to learn continually. You’ll have a passion for data, whereby your strategies to date have been based on the numbers and lastly, share the passion and ambition of the current team to help those with stress and anxiety find their calm.


They are scaling spend while remaining efficient that some in the DTC space have never seen before! They have UK market dominance, and this is a category that only continues to gain popularity.

The office is in West London and will offer hybrid work of 2-3 days in the office, and 2-3 days working from home.
