Are you a hands-on Growth Marketing leader?
In the earlier years of your Marketing career, you would have been a channel manager, perhaps in an area such as Paid Search. But over time you have bolted on new channels and platforms to your armour and now well-versed across all aspects of Paid Acquisition.
You’ll also have managed the funnel from top to bottom, acquisition and retention and therefore have a good understanding of CRM.
Having a growth mindset, you may have also been involved in testing offline campaigns in previous roles.
As a Series B, VC backed Marketplace; this will be their first Head of Growth Marketing hire and will lead a small team of channel managers. You’ll have a strong background in high growth, tech-driven b2c companies, and be very analytical, comfortable performing complex analysis in tools such as Excel.
Although you’ll have your team running campaigns on a day to day basis, you’ll still be comfortable jumping into accounts and problem solving should they not be performing in the way expected.
