The global market is worth a staggering £7.6bn but is ripe to be disrupted, and this brand is at the front of the queue to make that positive change happen!
To achieve their ambitious growth goals, they’re looking to hire their very first Head of Growth, who will form part of the founding circle.
Aside from being highly ambitious, you’ll have exceptional skills across Performance Media channels (strategy and execution) and the ability to build and lead a team. You will also 100% align with the mission (“make the world a more sex-positive place”) and want to help the business facilitate a conversation to break down stigmas surrounding sex!
Responsible for budget and forecasting, you will have a strong analytical mindset, demonstrate an understanding of growth cycles, and have an excellent appreciation for Direct-To-Consumer (DTC/D2C), Subscription led business models. This last part can be either from working in-house or via an agency.
With the support of a digital agency, you will initially be tasked with scaling Paid Social and then Paid Search across Facebook and Google Ads, respectively. From modest budgets, through your test and learn approach, these will very soon be at over £100k per month. Looking ahead, your position will cover a variety of channels covering Acquisition & Retention, therefore a broader Growth Marketing background would be preferred.
You will soon start building a team, with more members joining once the next funding round has taken place in early 2022. The UK will be the beginning, but the business plans to expand into the US market and beyond!

The office is located in Central London, and a hybrid approach of 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH will be open to those who require flexibility.
