As their first Head of Marketing Communications hire, you’ll have a unique strategic and creative mix, being able to create an impelling vision and execute that too, working alongside freelancers, copywriters, etc.
Ideally, you would have learnt your trade both in-house (startup/scaleups) and agency side (where you would have been a brand strategist/planner).
