Our expertise and reputation ensure successful delivery across these key senior and executive appointments from Seed to Series A and beyond.

There are 4.2 trillion reasons that now is the best time to progress your Performance Marketing career!

Yes, you read that right…Although most of us spend £20 here and there on haircuts or manicures, when you look at the Health & Wellness space, it’s worth a staggering $4.2tn globally.

When you add in a hyper-growth scale-up that recently raised a $100m Series C from the backers of Depop, Gymshark, and Airbnb, then it’s a recipe for success.

This is a marketplace used by 50,000+ businesses and 150,000+ professionals worldwide, who book over 20m appointments per month. But it’s only scratching the surface.

The business has spent a great deal of energy making sure the marketplace is industry-leading, and now it’s the turn of Marketing to drive customer acquisition numbers. This is where you come in.

As the companies first ever Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for the global digital strategy, initially focussing on B2B performance marketing. This includes managing, scaling and optimising cost-effective acquisition channels, including Instagram, Facebook and Paid Search/PPC. You will also have overall responsibility for agencies and will work intrinsically with the in-house content and social team who support performance activity.

Having gained previous experience in a high growth, tech-driven start-up/scale-up, you will be entrepreneurial, happy to be hands-on in the detail and given full autonomy to shape the companies customer acquisition strategy and execution. The initial focus of this role is B2B partner acquisition, and in due course, will expand to cover consumer (B2C) performance.

Ultimately you will have a proven track record in being able to run paid marketing effectively in a way that ensures the best volume of quality leads into business. This through being strategic and understanding how to organise campaigns effectively.

You’ll also have an excellent understanding of SEO best practices and the process of delivering optimised content for the brand to rank highly.

Lastly, you will have a ‘finger on the pulse’ approach to reviewing analytics and internal reporting to guarantee a strong global presence across many verticals.

The business has 200+ employees across global offices, yet this figure will soon double and triple. As Head of Performance Marketing, you will have the opportunity to shape and hire in your own team, all with the view to becoming Performance Marketing Director. Some of the team have been promoted in as little as six months of joining!

You will be offered stock options alongside your base salary to form the package. There is flexibility around WFH as you will only be required to be in the office (Shoreditch) one day per week.

An exciting journey awaits. Are you up for the challenge?
