You’ll be a Paid Social expert with a solid few years under your belt, and be well versed in managing campaigns across Social platforms. This background would have come from within an agency environment where you would have also taken on the responsibility to manage clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
The clients you would have worked on can be varied; however, you will have a good understanding of the differences to working with B2B accounts, involved in campaigns across LinkedIn, and Facebook.
As the business continues to grow, so will your career. This could either be in a managerial led role or perhaps more of a consultant with expertise within the channel.
Post-Covid, the agency will be looking to take out a part-time office in Central London, meaning the team can meet 2-3 times per week, and enjoy the social aspects. However, they are also open to those based throughout the UK who would prefer a remote-first position, with only coming into the office once per month.
