Performance Marketing Manager (DTC / Paid Social focus)

I’m supporting a mission-driven DTC start-up who are passionate about sustainability as they are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager.


As the Performance Marketing manager, you will support the Head of Growth and be tasked with managing Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns in-house.


You will have a mix of agency and in-house direct-to-consumer experience. However, we will consider those who have only worked agency side as long as this has been engrossed in eCommerce/DTC clients.


You’ll lean towards Paid Social and have managed campaigns hands-on for around 3+ years with budgets of at least £60k per month. In addition, at least one year of experience managing Google Ads would be preferred.


Overall, you will be a Performance Marketer who loves to get stuck in from the off. The plan will be to bring in additional resources later where your position will become more strategic.


Located in London, the business operates a hybrid working model with two days in the office per week. Base salary is c. to £55k.
