Acquire Digital Talent is pleased to be the exclusive search partner for an established retail player looking to bring a Performance Marketing Manager on board.


The brand, a household name, is looking for a Performance Marketer with a background in retail/e-commerce, core experience in paid channels (Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates), and substantial knowledge of SEO. Knowledge of working with PMAX is a must-have.


You will be part of a talented in-house team managing paid performance through several direct reports. SEO will be managed through an agency.


You will possess an analytical approach to Performance Marketing and be comfortable with attribution, ideally working with media mix modelling (MMM). Let us know how you would approach acquisition in a cookieless world.


You’ll also have some people management experience with your previous positions.


As Performance Marketing Manager, you will enjoy variety through hands-on work, people management, strategy and planning and using a test-and-learn approach to look for new ideas to improve channel performance.


The business operates on a remote-first basis, so you can be located anywhere within the UK. However, the entire company meets in London once per quarter, with the marketing team meeting more regularly, so travel to London is required.


The base salary is up to £65k for the right person, alongside a bonus of 10% and a broader benefits package.
