They are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with solid Paid Social experience who can come on board and take on a varied position. This covers ad hoc campaign management, supporting the broader team on best practice optimisation, reviewing data to spot opportunities, and working alongside the Head of to develop and tweak the overall strategy. You’ll also have the chance to broaden out, covering organic social, and CRM activity, particularly around push.
As a company of 50, they’re working out of Shoreditch but plan to move to a new office that will accommodate double this number, again due to the growth they will experience over the next 12-18 months. They offer hybrid work of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. However, they’re a really social bunch, so if you like working in the office, you can do more days with the rest of the team.
You might be working in-house or agency side right now, working on B2C Paid Social campaigns. If this is within retail/fashion, great, but it’s not essential.
On top of a base salary (which could be up to £45k), you will receive a quarterly bonus which could see a further £8k added annually.
