[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Are you a Performance Marketer with a solid background in e-commerce that has developed broader knowledge within acquisition marketing?   Due to an internal promotion, this global e-commerce/DTC business is looking to hire an Acquisition Marketing Director.   Their mission-driven business hit profit growth in 2018 and hasn't looked back since.   You'll have a core Performance Marketing background as you'll be responsible for achieving new customer acquisition targets with a multi-million-pound budget across digital channels and ATL.   With Paid Search & Paid Social being the main channel drivers, these will be channels you know inside and out. However, you will also bring a fresh perspective on increasing performance in other media, such as programmatic and affiliates.   With two senior direct reports, this position will have a strategic focus alongside the proven track record of developing team members under your wing.   You'll have a strong background in marketing measurement and experimented with various attribution models. You'll also have strong views on topics such as where the business should be heading as the world becomes cookieless!   The business has around 75 employees, is PE-backed, and, as mentioned earlier, is profitable. [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Are you a data-driven senior acquisition marketing leader?   Someone whose passion lies within Attribution and Measurement?   Then read on.   As one of the top online brands in the UK, and following a recent re-brand, 2023 will be a pivotal year for the business, and they are seeking a Head of Acquisition to join the senior marketing leadership team.   As Head of Acquisition, you will be responsible for a vast multi-million-pound budget for the UK market and have autonomy for the brand's full-funnel media from the top of the funnel around OOH through to TV and down to PPC.   You'll be someone who enjoys getting their 'hands dirty' and still have a solid strategic ability. With a team of 4 direct reports, you will have proven people management experience and enjoy being a great leader who can help those reports improve.   Aside from running the day-to-day strategy for the team, a big focus of yours will be improving measurement capability and leveraging tech to accelerate the brand's growth.   You'll have a solid analytical background and previously worked alongside a data science team. You will also have previously worked on building out attribution and helped a brand migrate their focus from just looking at channel performance to then looking at CAC to LTV targets. This would have involved a strong knowledge of looking at tech that enables you to bid at scale, such as audience management.   To date, a big part of your career has come from working in the Retail sector, and you will have very strong and up-to-date knowledge of Google Shopping/PMAX.   The business operates a flexible work model requiring you to visit the office once a week. After recently being acquired, they have investors who have provided substantial financial muscle to help them achieve this goal by creating a world-class DTC business with exceptional talent.     Acquire Digital talent has been retained on a very exciting project to find their first Head of Growth Marketing.     As Head of Growth Marketing, you'll enter a startup environment with ambitious, achievable growth targets over the next four years. As with many startups, there will be a mixture of strategy and hands-on execution with a heavy focus on Performance Marketing.     There will be a few direct reports, alongside multiple agencies, to manage from the off. Still, it will be down to you to analyse customer insights and gain a good understanding of the unit economics, looking at overall LTV, not just CPA.     From here, you will establish a scalable sales channel given to a direct report/additional hire while you continue to scale the team, budgets and other sales channels.     You will have an extensive background in DTC/D2C product subscription companies. Although ideally, this would be within pet food, we are happy to consider a range of product subscriptions such as human food, wine, beauty, health, wellness, flowers etc. With a solid background in product subscription businesses, you'll understand the whole supply chain and LTV economics.     You'll have experienced this in companies with revenue of no less than £10m, and be able to demonstrate how you've been able to 3, 4, and 5x this in previous positions.     You'll be highly analytical and who isn't afraid of responsibility. You can discuss the frameworks you use when taking on test and learn strategies, have exceptional skills in Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social etc.), a strong understanding of CRO and an ability to forecast your future goals.     The market has been challenging in 2023, but with an already strong brand name, and the financial resource available to you, this is one of the most exciting Head of Growth Marketing opportunities we have seen this year.     For the right person, this position could lead you to become Growth Director and maybe even their future CMO.     The office will be in London with 2/3 days in/out hybrid approach.     Aside from your base salary, you'll also be incentivised through an annual bonus of up to 20%.
